Phil George brings a wealth of experience of the effective use of technology in learning, having worked within the sector for the past 20 years.  As Head of e-learning for a large FE/HE institution, Phil has also been a key part of the wider Technology Enhanced Learning landscape managing and participating in a number of projects examining the most effective ways of delivering learning online.  Coming originally from a commercial background and with Management, Marketing and Communications teaching experience, Phil feels well placed to help bring another dimension to the Belfry Training Service
