Management and Leadership

Belfry design and deliver a variety of programmes for those ready to launch the next level of their management and leadership journey. These programmes cover a wide range of abilities, aspirations and delivery options which include:
Accredited Vocational Management Qualifications delivered by coaching and assessment on a one to one basis. (NVQ's Level 3,5,7). 
A unique Chartered Management Institutute accredited  Leadership programme called 'Growing Leaders' and delivered via a dedicated Blended Learning environment.
Bite-sized, focused blended programmes in specific management skills including: Time Management, Stress Management, Managing Change, Managing Teams, Managing Information, Managing People, Managing Yourself, Managing Resources. These topics can be delivered as stand-alone training or put together to create an accredited qualification if desired.

A key attribute of Belfry Training is flexibility and the determination to work to provide what the customer needs.   


Customer Service

Customer Service is a key component for all organisations public and private sector alike.  Excellent Customer Service is often the only real differentiator for many businesses and yet is still  not at the heart of many organisations. Belfry provide a variety of Customer Service training solutions to encourage and embed effective customer service skills in all personnel. Starting from the position that Excellent Customer Service is everyone's responsibility, with no exceptions.
Belfry Training deliver accredited  Customer Service vocational training at Levels 2 and 3 by face to face, One to One Coaching/Assessment.
Small group training using our blended learning platform and workshops.
As well as focused bite sized online training 'nuggets' for example Effective Telephone Skills.

As with all our provision we can custom build training programmes so that they are 'made to measure' the needs of  you, the customer.


Business Administration and ICT

Two absolutely key areas to success for all organisations are Business Administration and ICT. Without effective administrative processes and procedures in place and a high level of competency for all staff using ICT, the organisation's day to day operations are in continual jeopardy.  Again, whilst this should be clear and obvious there are huge disparities in the levels of admin and effective ICT in both public and private sectors.
